Biceps for show, TRICEPS FOR GO- SOBER COWBOY TRICEPS 💪🏼

I can’t get enough of a good set of triceps. Overall composition and strength. Super set these with the chest day workout, or give this workout its own day to shine.

Close grip bench 4x10

Keep your tris isolated and focus on pressing up. SS this with wide grip BP for chest.

Pressdowns 4x12

Keep your core and back tight. Press down into the ground. SS with incline flys for chest.

Kickbacks 4x12

Keep your elbow tight to your body and really squeeze your tricep here. SS with decline bench for chest.

Dips 4xFailure

Put your feet up and get your hands on a bench. Dip down. If you’re strong enough you can put weight on you and dip. Really burn out your triceps going into failure with these.
