At the SOBER COWBOY youth camp, rodeo school, and bible camp, we are going to have lots of great activities for your kids!

Horsemanship Clinic, Rodeo Clinic, Gymkhana, Mutton Bustin’, Stick Horse Race, Egg Walk, Calf Scramble, and more!

Whether your kid has experience with horses and rodeo, or they want to, we are offering this opportunity for kids to be around horses, learn about safety, and about agriculture and the cowboy way of life.

We will have some horses there and available, but if your kid is lucky enough to have their own, please bring them!

Lunch & Dinner will be provided.

Buckle Ceremony at dinner with multiple opportunities for your kids to earn their first buckle!

Parents are welcome to stay all day, but you don’t have to!

The youth camp will be at the 4 Bar S Gathering Arena, 6675 HWY 78.

Camp check in begins at 9:30.

Camp/school will be in the morning, starting at 10:00.

Lunch at 12:30.

Kids Rodeo Event Practice 1:30.

Kids Rodeo 3:00.

Barrels, Poles, Egg Walk, Stick Horse Race, Calf Scramble, and Mutton Bustin’.

Dinner/Bible study after the rodeo at 5:30/6:00.

Buckle Ceremony and Awards after dinner.

We want to provide a great experience for your kids and the youth of this community. We want to provide a learning experience for the ag kids, and the kids that don’t have the opportunity to be around livestock or horses.

SOBER COWBOY is a non-profit organization, and this youth camp is a part of a fundraising event. We aim to keep it reasonable for you and your family. We hope that what we can provide will be beneficial, and well worth the investment for you and your kids.

Lunch and dinner will be provided. Animals and clinicians will also be provided, allowing everyone the opportunity to be a cowboy or cowgirl for the day.

For the full day experience, it will be $175 per child.

We are going to offer a multi child family discounted option. If you have 3+ kids (siblings or cousins), $125 per child.

If your child just wants to participate in the rodeo (not the full day school), it will be $20 per event, or $100 to do them all!

Swag bag, event t-shirt, and tickets to the main event (8 Seconds for Addiction- Xtreme Roughtstock Event) the next day are included in the school entry!

Extra dinner tickets for parents will be available to purchase online (entries and dinner tickets below) or you can buy them when you check your kid in!

Obviously it isn’t going to be necessary to buy a whole new wardrobe, but we do want your kids to be safe.

If they have boots, please have them wear them to the school/rodeo. If not, closed toe tennis shoes will work just fine!

Jeans, no shorts/skirts.

T-shirt or long sleeve shirt would be best!

A cowboy hat is not required, but a ball cap or some kind of sun protection is encouraged! We will be outside most of the day.

Please pack them with sunscreen and water!
