The importance of community in our lives means SO MUCH, especially in sobriety. Having strong friendships, relationships, and family through your journey of sobriety, mental health, self care. Whatever yours looks like, having a good support system makes us better. Family isn’t always blood, and blood isn’t always healthy. Choose your relationships wisely.

We are each iron, and we sharpen one another. Surround yourself with people you look up to. People who push you to be better. Good things happen when you surround yourself with positive people.
